In my early childhood I learned things without any points or meaning. Simply I was picking up the skills and habits from my envirenment. I had to go to school without any choice. Nothing wrong with that but many of the subjects and teachings were based on socialist theory besides general education since Mongolia was a soviet country. So, everything was more like under dectature. But in 1990 the soviet regime collapsed and democracy started. It may sounds good but many things went to chaos. I decided not to study in high school. I thought I can figure out my life without school. Big mistake. However, I chose to be a volunteer leader in the scouting. The scouting organization had various training courses for the scouts and adults. Because I was very much interested in the scouting, I took all the training courses for patrol leaders, scout leaders, 3 Wood Badge cource or leader trainer course. It turned out my way of obtaining education. Eventhough I did not like learning the math and science and Russian in the secondary school I foung myself love to learn other social subjects like how to communicate, how to lead and how to teach children and adults.
But what was my point to study? Did I ever think about it? Lots of time I was learning things just because it was part of the events that happened to me. I was not pro-active and just learned things in school, scouting, and at work. What I could do better in education field?
Many people think the education is over when you graduate a college. Many people do not think they are still learning at the job or where else. Some people never think about learning farther after a college degree. But many people try to obtain degrees and eduational rank as much as they can.
Since I am tour guide I meet all sorts of people from around the world. I met many interesting people and some of them are devoted their life to traveling and explore the world. Some worked hard so that they could save a money to travel. Some just work and earn enough money to travel and do.
One time I met a businessman over age 60 and fairly successful man. He just mentioned to me that he was taking online class from Harvard last year. I asked "What did you tage?" He said one was law class and it was boring and I took entreprenur class and that was more fun . I was wondering he has lots of money and age over 60, and what is the point of studying for this kind of man.
Later when I was reading an article "Your Whole Souls as an Offering Unto Him" by David A. Bednar realized the point of learning is to become more useful man or women in order to serve the most high or supreme being and the society in the world. He was saying college degree is not the ultimate goal. But obtaining the skill and habit of conscientiously and consistently learning life long is the key.
The essay "Living Life as an Entreprenueial Hero" by Jeff Sundefer expressed the life truly how it must be. I preferred to have a easy life all the time but the truth is easy life does not bring success or progress. If I want to be successful I have deal with the challenges. Simply he proved the people who look for easy way to success usually do not succeed. And expressed his opinion how it works to be an entreprenurial hero. Start with big dream and small steps. What is the importance of dreaming big? This quote explained a lot to me.
Finding the passion and pursuing is also challenging. The point is to accept the challenge and the Holy Grail and keep working on it. He frankly said the life is hard and not fair often aso we must accept it as it is. Also, habits change life not the talent, and choose rather wondering and fail quickly to know the choice was not right, and find the right fellow travelers because you will tend to become like those who surround you. It teachches me basically I must choose the people better than me to work together and learn from them.

The final thought about the entrepreneurship is it is difficult but fun. It makes life interesting and makes one hero if we deal with it and work hard. Doing what you love while taking care your family and friends and benefiting the community and same time making income is happiness. I should work hard to become succesful but not to become rich only, but working hard while caring my family and friends and helping the society to have a better envirenment.
